Number of input and output field

Number of input field	:	Two
Number of output field	:	One

This transformation function returns the shortest distance between two geometries.

The unit of distance is determined by the parameter passed to the Distance function and can be one of the following:

• UNITS (unit coordinates, default)
• METER (m)
• KILOMETER (km)
• MILE (mi)

If no unit is specified, the distance is returned in UNITS (unit coordinates).
