This transformation function is used to get the middle of the text of the input from the
from-index until the
to-index of the token.
The parameters of this function are:
- token : the regex-token character (comma, if not specified).
- from index : the first index (1-based indexing) of the token; if negative, this index is counted from right to left.
- to index : the second index (1-based indexing) of the token; if negative, this index is counted from right to left.
