MSWordInputFormat is used to read Microsoft Word file formats (such as .doc and .docx) as input data.

Configuration

Configuration name consists of:

• hgrid247.record.delimiter
  Specifies how records are separated when reading content from a Microsoft Word file.
  • Default value: newline (\n)
  • Each segment of text separated by the delimiter is treated as one record.

Behavior

• Extracts textual content from Microsoft Word documents
• Splits the extracted text into records based on the configured record delimiter
• Each record is emitted as a single row for downstream processing
