Sequence Name Content Source () reads a Sequence Name Content file built using the Forklift application. Each record consists of a source file name and its content, processed using a specified InputFormat.

Parameters of Sequence Name Content Source

• Input Format Class
  Input Format class used to read data in HDFS.
• Conf. Name(s)
  Configuration name(s) for the selected InputFormat
  Multiple configuration names are separated by commas (,)
• Conf. Value
  Value(s) corresponding to the configuration names
  Multiple configuration values are separated by commas (,)
• Include Source File Name
  Indicates whether the source file name is included in the output
  Applied only when using combined input
• Delimiter
  Delimiter between the source file name and the record content
  Default value: tab (\t)
• Input Path
  Directory path of the input files in HDFS
  • If omitted, the input path must be supplied as a command-line argument when running the job.
  • For dynamic parameters, FROM_ARGUMENT(arg_name) can be used to pass the input path at runtime.
• Field Declaration
  Field name of the read record
  Default field name: line

• com.solusi247.mapred.SeqNCInputFormat
  Used for text (flat-file) sequence name content
  Records are extracted based on new line (\n).
• com.solusi247.mapred.asn1.Asn1SeqNCInputFormat
  Used for ASN.1-encoded sequence name content
  Records are extracted based on ASN.1 grammar

To read ASN.1 content using a specific grammar, specify:
